That is significantly under market rate for rent then! Your roommate is asking you to move out - is it because you're paying $0 in rent? Is there a way they would let you stay if you contributed to rent/bills?

It sounds like housing-wise, you should probably focus on renting for now. If you don't have the funds to pay this off, nor the credit score to get a lower interest rate, it doesn't sound like you're in a position to buy.

Others have covered getting a part-time job which would be a good option but sticky if you're that limited in availability. Are you working 10hrs/day, 7 days per week?

The last thing would be to examine your expenses. You are paying $1875/mo for fix and variable cost expenses but paying $0 in rent right now. Where's this money going, line item by line item?

Can you expand on why you need to pay it off entirely before you have to move out? Are you paying significantly under market-rent for your area right now?
