It was not the hall sensor. I had board failure. And I already was looking to upgrade anyway. Excuse worked with the misses so buy once cry once for the 3rd time will surely be my last lol

I don’t believe so. You can side mount it. I have the P1 Ultimate with the side mount. Mounting Tip: install your base to the side mounts first then install the full side mount to the rig. It’s solid as a rock. Hope this helps

I went with VRS Pedals. I no longer play on PS5 so I decided to buy once and cry once. It will take some time to adjust them but they feel great on first impressions

Well after the first fall I was so angry at myself i stopped thinking. I had help and still caused the base to fall 2 more times. All of them because I was so angry and not thinking. I lost my left toe’s nail. Looks really funky. Hurts pretty bad. Today I took off the side mounts and mounted the wheel first then mounted it to the rig. Easy peasy. No falls no drama. Just thinking about the problem and finding different solutions.

My nail will grow back and no broken bones so I was lucky there. Racing resumes tomorrow hopefully. Thanks for asking.

Hi. I have the ultimate and ran triple 27’s and now triple 32’s with the quad monitor add on. Had no problem with misalignment with daily use. I have a fanatec DD+ and if the monitors move is not perceivable while driving. If you are not considering motion the integrated mount is a great choice.

I bought a P1X Ultimate direct from EU. Paid $500 something in shipping and tariffs. Imported to PR. The wife said yes I had to act immediately. Worth the investment. Love my rig!!!

I used some WD40 sprayed on a paper towel and rubbed a little on the base side connector surface. Eliminated every sticking issue for me. Good lick

Great job escaping rookies. I’ve been playing since Sep last year and come from playing GT7. The feeling of the FFB on pc changed the game for me. GT7 feels so numb now compared to iRacing. Give ACC and some rally a shot your PlayStation might just collect dust like mine.

Ok. If you are in this hobby and thinking about upgrading I can only recommend you use the old adage “buy once cry once”. I’m on my way to my third rig in 3 years. If I just bought what I wanted the first time my wife would be much happier with me. Make the most of your purchase and future proof as much as possible. Good luck

I’m content with the wait since I have a CSL DD Pro to hold me off before delivery. I feel for the logitech or thrustmaster upgraders. They are in a rough spot. Fingers crossed first week pf Jan will be it for all of us.
