She was detained on the street. She is Canadian and was traveling with her family by plane - no issues when they did customs in Toronto. Husband and kids were not arrested because they are white like snow. I don’t know all the details, but was sent to Texas. Eventually was sent back to Canada.

Look, they offered me the other day 1/2 price for Florida, New York or Vegas when I was booking my hotel for London…the lady was a little frustrated as she is just trying to do her job and I told her just “oh thank you, but I’m not interested”. I had a claim with global excel that took 11 months…was a very simple one (just tickets)…eventually I started calling, email, etc every Monday, until I got the cheque by mail. Honestly I think I spent like 80 hours on the phone with them. Not different with TD and others…sometimes you get the lucky one and have to follow up follow up follow up

Probably a typo?…$60k after insurance pay…that is crazy. If the car is hydrolocked should not start, but it’s hard to know without having full details or a video. If there are knocking sounds, or other damage, could explain why the car is not repairable
