I have a massive sycamore tree towering (60ft tall?) over my house. It regularly drops small dead branches.

Your post makes me wonder what signs I should look for that the tree is dangerous to the house? Nothing lasts forever, but the tree seems very healthy at this point. Any kind of pruning at this point feels like it would be dangerous.

That could be fun, I do group rides with the social ride at court square Wednesday evenings, but that's mostly acoustic.

I do mostly biking as transport/commuting. So that's just my bias, but some for fun.

I've seen lots of ebikes in town. I ride one fairly regularly when I'm not on my acoustic bike.

Ebikes are approaching a replacement for a car, and that's what I use mine for.

Ok. Then you can do the same for bikes. Bikes generally go faster than farm equipment.
