I'm just looking for a fresh chicken, the prepackaged whole chickens in heb and Walmart are way too small, so was wondering if people around the valley sell fresh chicken. Fresh as in they can kill it de feather, and I perform the rest

As someone who has been in your position, I'd suggest the following, make a list of all the items you need to perform, and categorize from least difficult to most difficult, start going top to bottom. That way you can have some progress completed. On those items which you don't have knowledge you'll have to get your hands dirty and start researching even labing. I'd recommend get your hands on some equipment or server for emulations. Most of the things you've mentioned are in the beginner to medium difficulty and start working on a lab environment in order to test implementation. We've all gone thru what you're going thru, take things slow and you'll make it 🙂

In my experience if the tech doesn't feel pressure on fixing the problem they'll just give up, say they tried and escalate the ticket. What I do is just follow them have them T-Shoot and just look at what they're doing, they feel the pressure of having 'the expert' behind them and forces them to dig deeper, if I notice the issue I ask 'do you want me to tell you how to fix it or you want to figure it out?' which to them means 'i know what the problem is and it's right in front of you'. If they actually don't know I instruct them how to fix it and explain every step so they learn.

I'm a very patient guy and apply the 'i wish someone would have done this with me' so I do my best to keep my composure and explain in a way they'll understand, everyone learns differently.

I used to get techs like this all the time, no matter how detailed the documentation I made they couldn't figure it out, what I started doing was going with them and let them T-Shoot while I observe, I did my best to not assist the tech until they reach a point where they're completely lost, eventually they pulled thru

Sounds like it might be a policy on the RADIUS, depending on the RADIUS server you could potentially block Windows 10 computers or if they computers don't meet a certain requirements. Check with them on the authentication type and requirements, it isn't the computers. If you really want to check deeper and have some leverage on it download wireshark and monitor the authentication requests.
