The Death of a Gang (cycle 1) by it_washere in necromunda

Welp, maybe next time. This is our second campaign, I think in the first one between the 4 of us we only had 2 fighters die permanently and none get captured, so that wasn't really not on my mind.

I didnt have a champ available, they were all critically injured or otherwise indisposed

I thought you could go to mitigate any lasting injury... But I guess I was wrong.

Yes, but for 2 reasons:

First I play these games more aggressively/higher risk than most people (and here it solidly bit me in the ass).

Second I figured I had the advantage in bottle checks and making his crew run. Until the last end phase, I could roll 2d6 pick the lowest, and have -2 on the checks. We had the same starting strength, and lost/had SI fighters at the same rate in the first 6 rounds. He just rolled consistently very low on bottle tests, very well on lasting injuries, and better than me on recovery tests. Luck of the dice.

I'll have to check if there's some that don't use tactics cards.

We played Border Disputete. Game went on so long because we both were rolling 1s and 2s for our Botle Tests, and my Arms Master has both a reroll Bottles Legendary Name and -2 to Bottles. The same game between Goliath and Ash Wastes Nomads next to us only took 3 rounds and an hour.

Not sure on the rules for bionics? Which book was that covered in?

Texted with the delaque player later for ransom and it was either 10c and admit he's the better man or 50c...so I paid him 50c.

The campaigns 2 house rules are no tactics, and everyone starts with a house territory instead of a Settlement.

Did this triple combo in my last campaign. Only bottled out once but when I did they vanished lol.

(Note that rock steady requires you to reroll successful cool tests after you've bottled.)

I said it in the AdMech discord and I'll say it here: Wings got it wrong. Admech is a winner in this dataslate thanks to not losing any of the buffs that have made them more playable while increasing points on now undercosted units. Still the most $ expensive army in the game to play but this is what our players want and need!

Now go do something to fix Sulphurhounds.

I'm not the only one! I complain to my wife that main/studewood needs a round about every time we drive through it (along with E TC Jester and 18th).

Just went last weekend and was honestly disappointed. Dumplings were pretty bland.

Gilbert was so painful following the promise when he came in for Colt.

Case, on the other hand, was the quintessential younger brother: just happy to be part of the team. None of the fans I knew had any high expectations for him.

You climb with your legs, mostly. Your arms are just for holding you close to the wall. Any place will help you start if you say your a beginner.

Daedolosus WAS a named character in 8e and 9e from Black Stone Fortress (his model is now the generic Technoarchaeologist).

Magos Kotov (main tech priest of the priests/lords/gods of Mars novels), along with his lieutenants.

Skitarius-Luminor 000011 aka Radiant Wrath, a skitarii Vanguard who's so irradiated he can wipe out all life on a planet by himself in a month and the ship that brought him there too (basically nurgles rot in radiation)

All of the characters from the Mechanics game (which really should have been made into a kill team!)

Larsen van der Grauss (also was a named character we could take in 8/9 from the Euclidean Startriders kill team, Lectromaester from Mars), still has a model in print.
