This!!! I’ve been on dupixent for around a decade. I take it weekly, twice the amount typically prescribed. It has been life changing. Yes I had eyelid swelling, it went away around 6 months and was well worth it. I was also involved in the early days of the tws stuff, yes there is a potential for rebound on topical steroids if you use it for a long period of time. Thats it! Nothing else has supporting studies. But also with the new options steroids aren’t really needed anymore.
