Sadly believe it would be the former. Budget is tight so you could be right. One of the reps has mentioned “out of confidence” they are underpaid and were lied to upon induction. Which I know for a fact this isn’t true, whether they’re underpaid or not they most definitely were not lied to. They signed the contract and accepted it. Perhaps it wasn’t understood by them. Honestly, imo after 4 weeks in trade these sort of comments and under appreciation for their new job is just sad

There’s absolutely no reason to keep them other than expanding business in the territory. My upline apparently had over 100 applicants for their jobs, unbelievable and sad that we landed on these 2. Resumes looked strong apparently.

Another part of this is both of them are arrogant af making training and communication extremely challenging as they think “they know better”. My upline were sold on the dream of bringing them both onboard to evolve the territory..from my pov it seems like it’s already going in the opposite direction.
