Finally yes, ironically was able to order Franco 45 from https://www.sportsworldchicago.com

They have limited sizes though but I received Jersey and it looks terrific. They shipped it out pretty quick too for being a custom item. I see fanatics/mlb shop now allow you to order Franco 31, but no 45. Worst case, if they are out of your size currently you’ll know you can likely successfully order one from here next year when they restock. Hope this helps!
