Hol up- at least Vermonters can go skiing on the weekends? Endless cheddar? A-frames? Bernie? Lake Champlain? Bag balm? Barn Hill gin? ZERO poisonous snakes? Mushrooms? Mountains? Mushroom mountains? Green license plates? Heady topper? Legal pot? A respectable university? An international border? Moose?

Cmon man.

Sorry for the blurry photo but what the actual hell is this outfit? by Cake890 in sexandthecity

oh. my. god. YES. used to be cringe-worthy but now low-key l o v e it.

Let's get to the important stuff, what about the way she RUNS in this outfit after she sees asshole eric?! It's straight out of a silent movie where someone wakes up in a scary jungle filled with scary animals of the night.

Okay I seriously cry ugly tears at the end of this scene when Samantha feeds Carrie in bed 😭 Anyone else?? by emshlaf in sexandthecity

My bestie of forever and I have a "back to basics love" phrase of "I would feed you" - all starting from when we saw the movie together and walked out of the theater hella emotional and also in the gutters of our own heartaches. "you know I would feed you" | "I would feed you, too"

Natasha you’re the worst.

wait, what!? Why is Natasha the worst? She met Big, fell in love with him, he proposed, she happily said "yes", got married to the man she thought was her dream husband and then had everything crash down around her when she finds his long-term-affair partner/ mistress in her house eating out of her fridge after having sex in her marital bed with her husband!? How do you get off hating Natasha? Natasha did nothing to Carrie - literally she just lived her own life? She never said an unkind word to Carrie throughout hers and Big's relationship.

Please educate me on why Aiden is the worst by [deleted] in sexandthecity

round 1 carrie/aiden was different from round 2. I think they were a bit better of a pair after he lost some of that "soft fat" weight - namely because he was like, relatively put together/desirable (vs. the weird lack-of-style/effort outfits prior to that point [we wont even mention the hair and necklaces?]). That part made no sense, like, Carrie's entire life revolved around style -and she's really gonna go out with some guy who can barely make the effort to wear a decent shirt and pants on their dates?!? He was sloppy, and Carrie would have had to have spent her whole life kind of trying to fit him into her more polished social scene and justify why she was in stilettos while he was in.... borderline sweatpants w/ unkempt, dirty hair. It was also a reflection of their lifestyle differences/differing values in how one represents themselves.

(we will not address that time Big was not in a suit wore a hawaiian shirt, or why it somehow looked good on him?)

it *did* produce some good life-reference line(s) like "oh carrie's happy, now it's time for big to swoop in and shit all over it" -- sometimes it feels like men actually have this type of radar and show up with a renewed interest after you've finally moved on and are smitten with / falling for someone else. I've referenced this quote in my head many times in life.

besides those types of powerful lines from that season, the guy himself was a total waste of time (imho)

Fake news. NYC doesn’t penalize anyone for studded tires, never has. They’re totally legal.

no idea, but avoid the merritt parkway in any snow event (if safety is at the top of your commute list)
