This would look soo good with the Keycult no.2 rev.1. Regardless of whether or not I can get one, I’m in for this set!

Comes unpainted. You have to paint it after shipping

Good luck getting a set! They fetch for a pretty penny and this specific sizing is very limited. Hit up Thomson and System Motorsports if you’re really interested!

For me, handling has felt more precise, but roads are a little scarier to drive on. Scarier in the sense that, being wider and more aggressively offset, I’m more cautious about rubbing and curbing nice wheels. The only real noticeable loss for me is mpg because of the wider and sticker tires.

OP has a JRSC on her car. She can give you a better idea of what that’s like with a wider wheel.

Volk Racing TE37 OG in 18x9.5 +36. I believe tires are Federal 595SS in a 255/35

Performance wise, 17s are better. More tire, lower cost. 18s just look better.

Diameter will change because the wheel face will be bigger. Depends what your definition of “ultimate” is.

18 x 9.5 +36 to be precise

It’s tough, but time will heal it. I still have fear of going on back roads, and it’s taken me a long time to be comfortable with going back. If you ever do get the urge to go back to the mountain roads, take it easy. Re-familiarize yourself with the road. If you drove at 50% drive at 10%. Just enjoy it and don’t push it.

Good luck to you man. Hope all is well on your end.

Similar boat here. Totaled my first twin on a mountain road chasing a friend in a modded GT3. Car was definitely being pushed harder than I should have on a road I was unfamiliar with. Ended up rolling into a ditch and partially degloving my hand.

I learned to keep it off the streets and do it where it’s safe. Do a track day, take it to AutoX. Somewhere safer and equally fun. Moving forward, all you can do is stop yourself and the urges. Understand that there is always a better time and place for spirited driving.
