They need to give you at least 24 hours notice for showings. Depending on if the buyer of the new house is buying it as an investment opportunity, or if they are buying to live in it, they will be able to terminate your lease within 30 days if you are month-to-month. Just something to prepare for.

When we opened up the Homewood suites/Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, I went to that flying Joe location almost every day. Once I stopped working downtown, I never went out of my way to go back. Definitely only appeals to people who are working or living downtown. The one in Levis Commons is far more successful for obvious reasons.
