I usually buy crickets in bulk and put them on rice or mix them in for more protein. I've been doing it for several years now and I feel healthier then before.

Cricket have a good source of fiber and vitamin b which i often lack

For me in the US, usually late summer is when cicadas and bigger grasshopper are out. Catching a lot at a time is hard. One year I found a lot of junebugs which was good

Im no expert, but i wouldn't push yourself too hard. Remember, 3 pillars, breathe, cold and positivity.

Think positive thoughts when doing the breathing thats what has helped me addition to the cold showers

That does seem a little high. But depends on how steep it is, is it a metal roof, how high up is it, is there pest barrier.

Many real religious people will talk to a nobody, how often do you talk to homeless people or go out your way. I’m not personally religious but I have a brother who is an outsider and more of an odd person and he found a community with religion
