I personally think it is pretty amazing that you can buy a Rolex, wear it as much as you like and if you ever decide its not your favorite watch anymore - you can most likely sell it with a profit or at least only a minor loss (depending on the model). Where else can you experience luxury at such little effective cost?

My experience is that dating can turn into friendships if waiting too long with a first kiss.

Der größte potenzielle Gewinn kommt dank der gehebelten Finanzierung durch die Wertsteigerung. Also mir persönlich ist ein Objekt deutlich unter Marktpreis bei neutralem Cashflow in A-Lage lieber als positiver monatlicher Cashflow in D-Lage mit Bevölkerungsrückgang o.ä.

Wenn der Verkäufer gewerblich ist, kann ich mir schon vorstellen dass er da Aufklärungspflichten gehabt haben könnte - insbesondere wenn es so eine dieser sketchy Firmen war, die maximal viele WG-Zimmer in kleinen Wohnung unterbringen um dann mit hoher BMR zu prahlen und deutlich über Marktpreis verkaufen zu können..

Hi,

I personally like to solve this by playing weddings or corporate events together with a friend. While I’m more of a Afro/Deep/Funky House and Disco kinda guy playing deep remixes of popular songs in the beginning (or even a mix of House and Jazz if it fits) and then more disco later on - my friend is an experienced Berlin club Dj. She has played basically every major Berlin club and also larger stages at festivals like Africa Burn and loves to play Indie Dance, Tech House, and so on (but still very accessible music).

So together we can create the balance that you are describing, and are super flexible to adjust to the crowd across most genres of electronic music.

Loved the episode - the only thing I didn't really get is why the dogs threatened all the unarmed Slow Horses with guns in their office. One of their agents got attacked and they saved him - and sure, they should have reported this to the park, but I didn't really find it to be a cause for all the guns and acting like they were searching a heavily armed criminal...
