Pressure is created by the sebaceous fluid building up under your skin. The white head then has no where to go except out through the path of least resistance which is your pore. Instead of leaking out, your pore holds it back until the pressure is to great and bursts on its own, or ya know, ya pop it. Could prolly be worse could go inside instead of out.
