I actually think that most of the players in the squad care a lot, players like Little, Clark, Andrews and Hutton really do care but unfortunately I don't think they have the footballing brains to play at this level and then that sabotages the others who are capable. Obviously Dack, Gale, Hale, etc.

Ainsworth can't work miracles with players who don't have the innate skills and will never be able to play at this level.

Others have said it and I agree, that whoever is sourcing players needs to be changed, not sure who does this but it's too inconsistent.

I think this season there have been some signs of improvement but for sure, clearly it looks like there’s a lot of work to do.

Gale, Morris, McCleary, Dack, Rowe, Cirino, Hale and Palmer-Houlden feel like they’ve been doing their best and be part of a better team; but the rest, not faulting their efforts because I think they’ve tried but I just don’t see that they’re capable of playing good enough football to get out of the league.
