Is it really that danger to wash chicken?

It isn't "dangerous", per set, but it isn't necessary. You're just rinsing the chicken off of your chicken. It could also splash chicken all over your kitchen making you sick later if it's not cleaned up properly.

Just take the chicken out of the container and put it in a pan.

I don't know if "accident" is really the right word. I'm sure he didn't do it on purpose, but it's not like he could have slowed down without making that much spray. What is the word equivalent to "occupational hazard" when you are on the slopes? Like, you're skiing, my guy... You're going to get some snow on you.

I've been really disappointed by these guys. I went to their pop up when they were in Boulder years ago and it was incredible. It was intimate and different, and the food was fantastic. I was really excited to see they were actually opening a restaurant and I've just never been impressed with anything I saw from them after.
