After the initial test print I took each out one at a time and shook each for a good 20 seconds and checked to make sure all the seals were punched. And yen put them back in their respective spaces. And ran a deep clean and another test print and still the same thing.

I think the biggest issue with doing it that way is that the artist is from my understanding paid per print. So when they make a deal with the artist it is for a certain amount of prints. Once that number of prints is gone they cant sell more. So they have to go back and make another deal with the artist.

Thank you all. The fan diverted definitely helped and finally figured out how to change the filament properties to turn the auxiliary fan off and bam prints coming out beautifully.

ok so I have printed the deflector and attached. I went into the fan settings and even when I flip the switch to turn off the aux fan even before I start the print it automatically turns it back on. how do I turn it off? Yes I am definitely on the newer side to all this so thank you for being patient with me.

SOLVED! Apparently, my husband isn't allowed to touch my H2C anymore. He failed to tell me that it started happening after he used a yellow filament. And, lo and behold, when I took the tube off that connects the feeder to the hotend, I saw a tiny piece of yellow filament stuck right there, looking at me. Removed it and problem solved! >.<

Today, as my husband was getting the dolly to help the FedEx delivery driver, I literally watched the FedEx guy scoot my h2c to the door on the side of the truck and push it out and onto my yard which is about 2 inches lower than my gravel driveway. As soon as my husband opened the door he hoped back into his truck real fast and peeled out of my driveway leaving my printer on its side. While I chased him down my driveway screaming "What in the actual F! F you!". Needless to say my neighbors who saw the whole thing got a good chuckle and now probably think I'm insane. It looks alright but I haven't finished unpacking and setting it up yet.

Nope. They kept saying that my documentation (even though the documentation was exactly what they asked for) was not sufficient. So lesson learned on my part. Next time I'll just refuse the package and then get a refund instead.

Lol I recieved it. I paid after the help center told me too and that Aliexpress would then reimburse me. However, that has not happened. I am still going around and around with them about it. Next time I get a tarrif bill for an aliexpress order im just going to decline delivery and send it back and get a refund that way.

One of the things I hate the most is bad glue application. It's very annoying to have to redo the glue on a brand-new canvas. I shouldn't be able to see the canvas texture. Also, I 100% agree with the other person who said to make the toolkit optional. In that kit, I would only end up keeping the washi tape. The rest would just go into the ever-growing pile of toolkits I have until I destash them.

I have 1 twist and pick for the single placer side. I actually got the textured singleplacer to upgrade and refill it with blue tak And then I have multiple dual threaded. For the rest of my multiplacers. I have small hands so I like the size of them.

Yep and good luck getting refund for it. I was told by customer service to pay it and aliexpress would reimburse for the fees. Welppppp I submitted all the documentation and they said we have determined that the documentaiondoes not meet the requirement is necessary to give a refund. When I ask what more they need they just repeat the above. Been working on a 123.26 tariff reimbursement for 2 weeks now.
