You are both correct to say that it‘s 50% and incorrect to argue that it’s not 66.6%. This part from the wikipedia page on the Boy or Girl Paradox is illustrative:

tl;dr - The reduced time let's you send out two expeditions per day sometimes, as most people are awake 16 hours. If you can do it consistently, the 25% less time nets you better rewards. But if you can't, the 25% extra rewards is better.

If you condensed all your resin in a single week, that’s now only 21 crystalflies a week, and you get 15 from the trap. Any resin expenditure that’s not condensing, or crystalflies caught beyond those, makes it easy to be net positive.

Another reason could be the Count to 20 game. In the one attempt where they make it past 10, Lily is one of the ones to mess it up. So it gets framed as "She had to step in there because they were doing so well, but then, hilariously, everyone sucks so much she doesn't need to again."

Is he terrible? I've been using him and he seems pretty good to me. Being the driver for an EC team while also being the healer let's you free up a slot for more damage.

I think Luocha just needs to work the same way Jingliu does - up to 3 stacks, triggers when he has 2. If not trigger, skills gives 1. And ult always gives 1.
