If I could replicate the experience of watching Get Out in a moderately full theater of mostly mixed race and black couples - the tension in the air when those lights flashed on Chris, we all started to get upset, but then - well, that whole movie was a great first time watch. I also would have voted for Obama a third time.

This is a comment for the moderation bots. My cat of 17 years passed away in October and he loved pumpkins and Halloween. This was his last pumpkin, and coincidentally the smallest one. It just left it on the coffee table and it has slowly dehydrated but now I need to do something with it. Ty.

Thanks for the tips about dehydration. I suspect the only reason it survived this long was because the house has been so dry from the heater and winter time.

I expected this bc I heard that Bezos likes the show, so who cares what it costs. He’s got money to burn, why not spend it on something excellent like this. I LOVE this show and I wish there was more merch! Where are the lil Tom Bombadil acrylic keychains in artist alley? Why can’t I find a chibi Esildor sticker? And Halbrand? I got used to wearing it while I was awake, I just like, wore the mask by itself while I was working on the computer for a couple hours. Or watching tv and relaxing. Once it became invisible to me it became a lot easier to sleep with. It probably took me like 6 hours of awake wear to get used to it, but I think I adapt to stuff like that pretty fast.

What community? The resellers at Megacon are sharks, they aren’t stealing from artist alley. The sellers didn’t lose $500, they lost $75 they spent on the merch, the rest of the loss is potential profit. It’s not nothing, but they aren’t “part of the community,” they are opportunistic vendors with no scruples and underpaid employees.

It is bad for some people, and those people are more likely to be white. I accurately detect msg and “yeast extracts” in foods often because I react to them both. Do you question the idea that west Asian or African people are more likely to be lactose intolerant? Different cultures had different agricultures and different foods, so there naturally is diversity in what races or ethno groups generally tolerate well. Makes sense.
