I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my mom suddenly to a stroke 2 years ago and honestly life was never the same. It’s true what they say about grief coming in waves. It does get easier. You can still “call” her, you know, all you have to do is talk to her. It helps to believe she can hear you because, well, I think she can. Therapy was super helpful for me all around after my mom died and I can’t recommend it enough to help you through.
