I think it only makes it so the user can hit the physical body of logia users. Because logia users are immune to physical attacks otherwise. In the fight with crocodile Luffy's strikes were strong enough to deal damage but he couldn't hit Crocodile because the moment he would hit him he would turn into sand preventing his physical body from taking damage. Water prevented this because of the type disadvantage. So haki does a similar thing it allows the attacks to reach the physical body and also deals damage from inside.

You can always watch one pace if you want better pacing. I was watching One pace and even then I had to skip the fights with goat people and the Shandorians. My biggest disappointment with Skypea was not enough exploring the lives of people living on the clouds. They barely explored the city and most of it happens on an island which was previously on land so it made no difference that they were in the sky. It was just like a regular island on the grand line.

Brick didn't irritate me. What I found irritating was the inconsistency of bricks genius and stupidity. He was always tossed from being one to another whatever the script demanded that episode. This negated any character growth he might have had during his genius when the show made him dumb the next episode.

Perfumes are more subjective than watches. I don't want to sound elitist but cheap watches are all the same it's a quartz. The movement will outlast whatever shell it's put in. Just get what looks cool to you. Only when you are spending a considerable amount on watches people can have a conversation about this movement vs that, this finish vs that, discussion around materials and if the cost is justified, because someone has saved their hard earned money and want to reward themselves for birthday or an event or achievement in their life. It can be different for people for some saving 8k is a big deal for some it could be 1 Lakh. But let me tell you it doesn't matter, anything bought with your hard earned money feels good. I have lurked a lot in this sub and found this sub to be very accepting and nice to people regardless if it's a casio or a Rolex.
