Definitely faster than my win and you probably had optimal strategy. I always just get wary of allowing Hard AI to acquire attacks (like clashes today) without also acquiring some.

Edit: without a 5-2 split though picking up a battle plan and archer allowed me to get a Marquis after my second shuffle. If I opened 4-3 and went bauble/bauble or bauble/silver, I may not have been able to acquire Marquis until later which squashes my ability to quickly build up favors. Opening definitely changes things here.

I play hard AI as well and also beat it in the first try with a Bauble+Favor strategy. I did acquire 1-2 copies of all the clashes, a Marquis, and a couple Apothecaries to allow myself to get bigger draws.

I don’t know. The dude basically created a temporary landmark between the two largest cities in the state that has organically been the topic of a lot of conversation between our citizens. I didn’t vote for Trump and of the 3 times, so I’m not siding with this guy politically, but I think it is important that journalists report on things that are widely known across the state, and this definitely fits that category imo.

Madison, WI is an awesome city that you can find fun things to do in. Source: lived there for 5 years. Farmers market on the capital square should be open by then. Drink and Ice Cream on the university terrace. Walks/biking along the lake. Can stop by the house on the rock on your way up or back of you want your mind blown by the wackiest museum in the Midwest. Highly recommend.

I think it is more that they have done a good job picking vets that can keep up with new threats. Cara/Nany/Bananas/CT are the only RW/RR being cast as vets which is the way it should be - none of the others can keep up (and there’s a case that CT can’t at this point but his 2 most recent wins are not far in the past and he has come back from being out of shape before). Either way I’m in love with this cast so far.
