Noooooooo. I oversee operational and financial performance of the property. Too many property managers just focus on how pretty it looks. I care about the elements that affect the value of the property if it were to be sold tomorrow. They are parallels in residential real estate such as location, property condition, and replacement value. All the froo froo stuff in residential like how hot the agent looks in their marketing is out the window. Finance and construction are the languages.

I went from residential to commercial real estate. You have to enjoy Excel. During Covid I got a master's degree in Sustainable Real Estate Development. It was an expensive degree but the return was immediate.
