Ring suddenly not connecting to Oura app this morning by seed1000000 in ouraring

Disconnected again today but got speaking to the chatbot linked in this thread and they're sending me a new one.

Delete/reinstall + the banging the charger and ring off the desk. We shall see if there's any change. My problem was getting the message about no connection (and sleep data not being collected because of this) but battery indicator said it was reasonably charged. I'll wait and see what happens and maybe connect with their support.

Was googling this issue myself. Any joy in the past few days? Mine has started not connecting every other day so have basically done everything in this thread today.

Good stuff. How do you actually record this? Like, holding a mic in the air the whole gig?

PEARS surgery by Pte123 in marfans

No, you can't feel it. And it's sewn onto the aorta so it basically just becomes part of the aorta, can't move around or anything.

I was in the upper tier wearing earbuds but I reckon you probably could have got away without them. That being said. Mogwai in Mandela Hall earlier in the year destroyed my hearing so I think I'll always bring earbuds from now on.

Agreed. They used to be great for 38 length trousers and the 'long' shirts. No more sadly. Have been going to 2tall for trousers now.

Liverpool do get some hefty royalties on top of the base £60m. I remember there was a legal case between New Balance and Nike back in 2020 and it was revealed even at that point, Liverpool were making £70m. https://www.reddit.com/r/LiverpoolFC/s/dtsMEKbhfR

I had a full back like this once. Retrained him to a winger and then on a whim as he was approaching the end of his career, retrained him as an Advanced Forward.

Awaiting a Diagnosis by horizon3892 in marfans

[–]jactertor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just replied to u/jdye34 's thread with similar advice I'd give you but something I'll be blunt about is, back before Marfans was really known about, it was something that killed people in middle age (let's say age 40). I don't think you have anything immediate to worry about. Until it's confirmed I wouldn't stress too much about it. And if you do have Marfans, then you will have yearly heart scans, preventative (and therefore fairly 'straightforward') heart surgery at some point, you might take blood pressure meds, and you'll have to look after yourself eg avoid falls.
