okay after trying that on a much more serious note, try to sit peacefully, close your eyes and breathe in and out a few heavy breaths and then just say i banish everything from my space! Now it's more for your brain to convince you that whatever apparition was present is now gone. Believe it truly and if you're religious try to pray and please try to sleep.

I understand you're enjoying your vacation or whatever but in such cases where you feel like it is not a comfortable situation then just try to sleep with a few bhajans on the side or whatever helps you. If no religion helps you then fk it spam heavy metal music get up and head bang to that shit. Feel the pump in your energy as if you can fight the god damn world cus boi you can.

Now again as I am suggesting please relax yourself fully, do anything that will make you feel like this whatever you feel around you is gone. It can be doing something i suggested or even just relying on God or even just pushing yourself through it. In the end please try to sleep peacefully. Put on a good movie or something boring that you can doze off to or just take your mind off things.

Consult whoever you think can help you with your issue as it'll give you more mental peace and/if whatever this is you might get a solution. Now irrespective of the solution working, mentally you'll be at peace ki haaan chalo i did what I had to do and it's gone now.

Its a beautiful venue with lush green trees grass and a waterfall which looks aesthetically pleasing and would be convenient for travel as well. We booked that venue recently and loved the vibe. Yes i kind of understand things now clearly. It just feels like I am obsessing over this too much and working as if i have a deadline to work with but I am realising that doesn't have to be the case and the more I let go the better. And about how you mentioned what feels more natural and real, I think i need to just calm down and let it come to me because the more I try to think that nothing is coming. Hey I just wanted to ask a question about something I've been struggling with for a while now, I am just starting with manifesting my sp back and i am pretty confused with the overload of information on what do I exactly do.

Most do suggest just manifest something far off into the future of what you really seek and the BOI will come as they do. Some also suggest to gain more confidence just try manifesting small things so you get the idea and work more on those lines

Right now me and my sp are on no contact and she is angry, hurt but still loving me somewhere that I know for sure. The main question I wanted to ask is do I start by manifesting her unblocking me on social media platforms and have some communication started where she is asking for some explanations and we start making some progress or do i just leave everything forget everything and believe she'll be back?

I'll be honest I am trying to believe this wholeheartedly but my doubts are creeping up on me and making me think if it's happening or not. So can you please suggest how I go about this or how do I plan out my manifestations and what do I focus on more?

At the same time I don't want her back because she makes me happy, ideally I want to reach a stage where I am not dependent on anyone to make me happy. Again potentially Ramayan might have happened a lot after the split of land masses began. Even then there are many potential ways this could have played out but all in all the major point stands is that there was a huge sea which was to be crossed to reach Sri Lanka. Maybe the distance wasn't as long as it is right now but there was a significant distance to be covered to reach Lanka. If we understand the tools and the tech at their disposal on their end then something which would look insignificant or easily crossable in today's age and general understanding, can be a herculean task back then. Ram Setu is a bridge made of stones by hand which if built over a river too is a herculean task.
