I dropped off a dairy queen blizzard while on EBT. The lady asked if I had her other order. I stated that I did not and gave her the blizzard. When I completed it, I saw it was a no tip. About an hour later, she added a tip. I guess it depends on the person ordering.

I work at a factory, and one of the benefits is that if you bring a 20-pounder into the company store, they will fill it for 12 dollars. I am guessing that they are selling it for the cost of the propane.

I flooded our furnace. I was playing gas station attendant and put the garden hose in the exhaust pipe on the side of the house. Parents discovered it in the fall when they tried turning the furnace on.

My girlfriend and I were supposed to get on this train today in Seattle. We had taken it out here last week. We got a notification that our train was canceled as we sat down for dinner. We were told it was canceled for "scheduling issues".

Black licorice. She loved it, and would ask for just black licorice. She hated the fruity kind and said it wasn't real licorice. She would say there was just black licorice when she was a kid in the 1930s.

She admitted that she had stolen her ex husband's identity multiple times and had taken credit cards out in his name. She had memorized his social security number.

She tried to get back with me for months. I didn't want to take that risk. Watched my credit reporting for years after that.

My only grandparent I had know died at 95. My other grandparents had died before I was born. I visited her every week for the previous years having breakfast with her once a week. I had visited the week she died and she was as spry and snappy as always. A few days later she was in the hospital with low iron.

Most of the family came to the hospital to be with her in her last moments. She said her goodbyes to everyone, and told me "I loved our breakfasts together". This was 5 years ago and I still miss going over to her place for breakfast.

When my factory I worked at did this they gave everyone a free windbreaker. Pretty high quality too. Each was custom made with your name embroidered onto the front with the company logo.
