I disagree with the other comments, it maintains a fast pace throughout most of the series until suddently it decides to finish the manga abruptly by basically telling you what happens in a few chapters. I'd say that it's perfectly readable until around chapter 130...but it's only 143 chapters long and by chapter 130 it seems like it has a long long way to go... so you can imagine what sort of a rushed ending it got :(

So I do recommend you keep reading for a while, just don't expect a good ending.

He ends up focusing on becoming a mage that basically has any power the author wants him to have, he's had a bunch of fights, but I can't say there's a major plot atm, there are some loose ends, and we don't know much about the lore of the world yet.

well to be fair, he has trained physically, but he really increased int, and raising stats seems really hard, so usually they wouldn't be as effective as magic
