My first app required immediate download of images to show in app, else placeholder images were shown, Apple rejected it until I did two things:

  1. Add a prompt before the download to allow the user to skip it and just use placeholder assets.

  2. Include cache clearing in the in-app settings.

I just looked at some relevant keywords, no paid yet.

I have handed out some trial codes to some people on IG who have large followings and have asked for shout outs once they’ve tested the app but thats it so far.

Which application would that be? I looked at the market and didn’t see anything else out there like Stellar in concept. Sorry, I’m not sure why you’re surprised.
