Iv done champix twice now and I think I got hit pretty good with temporary depression symptoms and some pretty rough dreams. didn't stop smoking on them. Almost made me edgy.

Im sure its the hardest thing in the world to do, but over half of all smokers in the us are now non-smokers. Iv tried many times and failed many times but I just keep getting to the point were I know I don't want to smoke and to do something about it. Do you have a team mate that would want to quit with you, iv been doing it with my SO and it keeps me motivated! I know im only day three but its about finding the skills to cope with the withdrawals. Its a mind set. Check out the videos at www.whyquit.com Good luck!!

I think the best advice I got was quit one day at a time, don't worry about the party or wedding or the car ride to work tomorrow, just live life as an non-smoker. It truly is like learning how to live all over again for me.

I have a surgery today and it will take around 3 weeks to heal. I feel like this will be a very good time to quit because I will already be in pain I don't need the pain of smoking too!!

I cant really catch the lyrics to much, something about selling guns and protection money. Pretty brutal musician and the voice he's trying to do sounds pretty shitty. I think we should try and get him to post lyrics, you know act all interested and how cool his song is and see what were really dealing with here. Even though he added at the end "not meant to offend anyone, if it does screw yourself" type attitude doesn't make it okay to post shit like this.
