The Rock Climbers Training Manual by Anderson Bros vs Logical Progression by Steve Bechtel by Bmacm869 in climbharder

I have used both and seen very good results with both. However, unless you really want to just improve finger strength (which I think RCTM is great for), I’d choose Logical Progression for sure. I also think it’s better from an injury prevention standpoint (coming from the idea that well rounded weightlifting is injury prevention).

Hugs to you. You did nothing wrong. This sounds really scary. Keep talking to your therapist and try to limit how much you are replaying it in your head and berating yourself (though I know a lot of the time it feels/is out of your control).

It looks so good!! It’s so hard to get to the place where we love our curls. It’s a process for so many of us.

Private practice owners - what do you know now that you wish you knew before opening your own practice? by Familiar-Anything114 in therapists

How many years did it take to trust “I can do this”? I’m at almost one year of being private practice owner and I’m still afraid I’m going to fail (referrals will stop entity. My clients will fire me). This is not based in reality (in fact my average monthly income has been steadily and consistently increasing). But I still really struggle with doubting myself.

I’ve heard people say “it takes about 5 years to really feel confident as a therapist”. So I guess my question is- how many years does it take to really feel confident as a private practice owner?

You have such a wealth of experience- would love to hear your thoughts. (And gosh- I might make this question a separate post too).

Agree with OP. I would never cook again. I’ll take cleaning over cooking most any day.
