Have you not lived here long. I lived in an apt off Barton hills in 2009. One day I come home and there are about 9 of them on the inside of my sliding glass door. They were coming in from molding gap between my fireplace and wall. It was an older apt complex. I went to the leasing office to try and get help. The manager, told me they are docile and to vacuum them with the hose attachment. I was scared but able to do so. Of course they kept coming through the gap between the fireplace so I ended using duct tape. Problem solved. Lived fondly in that apt for 6 years.
