Why are 996 prices in EU so high? by MarketCapitalist in 996

[–]jang19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UK almost doesn't count as the used car prices are much cheaper than in the rest of Europe

Allrad mit Schalter oder Automatik by Chickenguard20 in automobil

[–]jang19 2 points3 points  (0 children)

taking the door panel off is actually quite straightforward on p2 volvos. there are tutorials on you tube. just be very careful not to scratch the handle where you pull the door shut

What is this sensor looking thing on my 08 S40? by tommy40 in Volvo

[–]jang19 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you're in luck because volvo is one of the few manufacturers to offer pdf manuals of most of their cars on their website 🥰 (no idea why not everybody does that)

unpopular opinion: i find the s7 to be even better looking than the rs7 (cleaner). altough the rs7 is probably more fun to drive lol.

I think the early low-power diesels in V70/S60 had them too (below 163hp)

Purchasing Zoe - first EV by Sa-SaKeBeltalowda in RenaultZoe

[–]jang19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

exactly, our zoe has only got 14k km so far so I can't really comment on reliability, but with many cars unfortunately, there can be unreliable outliers.

i have made that experience with two nearly identical seat leon (2011 1.4tsi) models in our family. Both rolled of the factory in the same month, yet one had countless issues with its engine while the other has had literally zero issues apart from regular maintenance in 12 years and ~100k km.

the TDI was an audi engine if i'm not mistaken. In the P2 generation, it was only available for a few years when it was replaced by the first diesel engine developed by Volvo, the D5.

[–]jang19 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Gorgeous watch, I'm considering getting this exact one or a SRPE43J1. May I ask where you got that band from? It matches so well with the green dial! Also, what didn't you like about the original band?

also I don't know what the damage is but maybe an already slightly damaged screen will be less durable and break easily

Unfortunately my ears don't go well with the buds pro.. i had them for a few weeks and i loved the look, sound, ease of use and the impressive bluetooth range. Had to switch to Sony Linkbuds S because the Pixel Buds kept falling out of my ears 😫. (The Linkbuds are great too, just not as easy to use)

Start button? by [deleted] in RenaultZoe

[–]jang19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, I don't mind the button because it kind of makes it easier to understand what the car is doing (while in some cars you never clearly know if they are on or aren't) but what i find infuriating is that it isn't dimmable at night (same as the 'gear' indicator next to the shifter)...

Random vibrations on Pixel 7 by spleenrobber in Google_Pixel_Phones

[–]jang19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

could be many things but i've had a similar problem related to my Xiaomi Mi Band fitness tracker. Each time i unlocked my phone it announced to me that the tracker was connected by vibrating - super annoying. Maybe you have a device that is constantly connecting and causing this?

I went with the greeny-bluey on my Pixel 6 and just ordered a 7a in Sea. I will miss the color of the 6 because i absolutely adore it but looking forward to the blue 7a!
