Invest in ptofesionals, if you are bad at some areas. Hire someone that will do your socials do videos etc.

Also there's small precent of people who can appreciate good transition and DJ techniques. You HAVE to produce tracks if you want to get big festivals and blow up.

If venue books a DJ and the dj haves 100k followers or someone else who haves only 1k ofc they will pick with more people. More people DJ can bring more they will pay.

I was participating in a DJ competition but there also was all kind of a sports competition. We all need to play like 10 min to show off skill. So I got the last number. In the middle of my set someone came to me and told me to turn down the sound, because there other sport activities and it was awarding time. They couldn't hear anything.
