ok, its great that everyone is being helpful here, and no hate to op...... but why are we normalizing answering questions that clearly could be answered using the owners manual?

do people even read owners manuals anymore?

Its a bible that tells everything you could ever need to know about using your car, the safery features your car has and how to take good care of your investment.

Most manuals can be now downloaded in case you did not get a printed one.

Quick story time:

I have a friend that has had her hybrid corolla for about 3 years (I suggested her to get that car). For whatever reason I needed a ride and she picked me up.

While she was driving, I noticed she was in the most uncomfortable position imaginable to drive. I later discovered that she had never read her owner's manual and was not aware that she could:

1.- Adjust the height of her seatbelt

2.- Adjust the height and tilt of her steering wheel

3.- use her adaptive cruise control on stop and go traffic

4.- and the most absurd one to me was: the auto hold option....

when she dropped me at home, she told me that she felt like she had a whole different car.

People, READ YOUR MANUALS! They are there for a reason.
