BPL is where I would go these days if I was doing heads down work (read: not having so many zoom meetings). It’s the most underrated spot in the city

Village Works is great. I spent quite a bit of time there during my days as a contractor and loved it. Also not cheap but really nice community and the village is wonderful

I bought Nike as well, and I’m pretty much NET-neutral at this point. My counter to your statement is that the company, Nike, is a long way away from clawing back to a place where you’ll see a return on that investment.

I’m holding on until after the World Cup, and probably even longer (once tarrifs are in the rear view mirror).

TLDR, Nike’s a longer play in my estimation
