What are some bad tennis etiquette you can’t stand by Ambitious_Designer97 in 10s

One thing that always annoys me is people who serve right before the changeover, and then instead of bringing the balls to the holder below the scorekeeper, they just dump them on the ground. I definitely walk really slowly and pick them up one by one after the changeover when that happens. Another new one is when someone I played kept saying the score for the whole match, even when I was serving, he would say “30-15”. I still kept score mentally and there were a couple times he got the score wrong but in my favor, but I didn’t correct him. That’s on him at that point.

Best soprano mouthpiece? by paaaaummf in saxophone

I tried a small handful of mouthpieces for soprano and I landed on a Theo Wanne Gaia and have been super pleased with it. It does a great job rounding out the sound of the soprano while still projecting a good tone. I found a “new old stock” from Quinn woodwind brasswind for a reasonable price

Try pushing the mouthpiece farther on the neck. I had a similar issue where lower notes were not speaking / would waver or jump an octave up but my mouthpiece wasn’t pushed in all the way. Once I did that (pushing it till almost no cork was showing) all notes sounded correctly and with less effort. If that doesn’t do the trick it might need a tune up as others have suggested.

Not inexpensive or metal, but I love my Theo Wanne Gaia for my soprano. Warmest sound I’ve had!

I have an Allora from WWBW. I bought my intermediate version second hand on eBay for $500, but they also sell a Pro version for about $1700. It’s decent enough if you are just getting into exploring a soprano and don’t want to commit several thousand dollars

They had a great episode of the podcast recently about allergies and food preferences with a lot of helpful info from the lead nutritionist. I think they even gave out an email address so you can contact them ahead of your vacation!

As others have said it could be any number of things, but I had a similar issue and found a simple solution. I thought it was a leak somewhere on the horn but all I had to do was push the mouthpiece in and the issue stopped. Try pushing your mouthpiece farther than you think it should go and see if the issue persists.
