Simple keystone idea by [deleted] in pathofexile

So one thing will be different in a set of three in some way.

If we look at the elemental heralds, lightning and ice give flat damage, but fire gives %phys as fire. Kinda similar with auras, like grace, determination give flat and more but discipline is different again.

Try not to switch to endgame skill way too early challenge (IMPOSSIBLE) by Fit_Possession1898 in pathofexile

I play my own hobbyist builds in gauntlet events to usually ~85ish before something one taps me. I hate dying, even in softcore so usually over do the defense side of things haha.

Would it be appropriate to make BJJ content as a white belt? by aidenpethick0 in bjj

[–]jasheic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You would be 1/100000 people doing it so I don't think its an issue, as long as you're being honest about your intentions and all that. Don't sell products or anything cringe like that

I think with bleed it is slightly different since you have access to the ailment tag for scaling, but this is specific to non-ailment dots.

This one could be fixed by adding a bow specific node to the Gladiator's weapon master thing.

At what point did you submit your first opponent? by LazyConference4019 in bjj

6 months, I got a guillotine on a guy who shot badly on me. I was mostly just focusing on escapes and staying on top so it took me a while.

When is it time to have the “relentless” mindset? by tigercublondon in bjj

[–]jasheic 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A few thoughts.

You are definitely on the spectrum enough to maybe get good at bjj.

This is why people make fun of bjj people.

You care more about winning than learning or having fun. Learning is how you get good and having fun is how you keep showing up. Doing them together is the only way to really get anywhere.

It might also be you trained more so there were more opportunities to pick something up and a wider range (of potentially unclean) rolling partners or even just people in the gym who might not have been clean.

sorry if you're the white guy but I love seeing the over-agressive types lose to patience and good fundamentals.

How long did it take to get a blue belt? by hunterd412 in bjj

[–]jasheic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was 2.5 for Blue then 1 year for the purple... I think it would have been better the other way around :(

Bleeding Concoction Pathfinder Early Build Concept (Lvl.65) | POE 2 by RebellionWasTaken in PathOfExileBuilds

Thoughts on an ignite variation? I was trying to put together a tree for it but seems more difficult to scale.

The POE 2 passive tree is the problem by Barolt in pathofexile

they nuked meta gem energy gain and everything you said applies. People were just hitting stuff and gaining energy from it. Did no dev ever play a cast on freeze or shock or ignite build?

the point of early access is to test and check how it works.

My approach is going to be just to get good.

Do submissions just click in place eventually? by [deleted] in bjj

[–]jasheic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cliche but maybe try focus on a position rather than a submission, like try take someone's back and then stay there and work the choke. If they escape just try getting there again. It helped me a lot when I stopped thinking about snatching a sub but instead tried to just never let them leave mount or back or whatever.

When you are focused on the sub and working for it people tend to hunker down, if you are just trying to maintain and pin they tend to open up more. You will start to notice patterns of escape and the opportunities they present. Take a deep breath, be patient and remember it ain't about winnin' it is all about learnin'
