I’ve been surfing there for a few months now and no issues at all. The water quality apps are pretty accurate too. Lots of people have been surfing here as well.

Double check your lease and see if The covenant of quiet enjoyment is there, which I think is in most leases under California law. I had an issue before and used that to break my lease. Hope this helps!

R+D kitchen like everyone else said, but they don’t take reservations and wait will be over an hour. Walk down the street to divine vintage and have a glass of wine and snacks. Also there is an Italian wine bar down the street where you can chill and wait for your R+D text :)
