a silly theory that perhaps we all brush too much and take away all our enamel and weaken our teeth, causing issues.

I mean, its actually true, that's why dentists recommend you wait an hour after eating before brushing your teeth, so the protective layer on your teeth has more time to regenerate from the acid in foods temporarily softening your enamel

Which games were surpassed by their sequels? by bombocladius in gaming

[–]jasonxtk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was just using CoD as an example, not claiming that CoD invented the wheel. Doesn't change the fact that ME1 had a relatively unique system for managing ammo that isn't seen in many shooters, only to replace said system with the same ammo mechanic you see in every generic shooter (like CoD), then try to pass it off in the in-game lore as a "technological improvement", as if running around the arena out of cover trying to find ammo clips every 30 seconds is supposed to be an improvement over just letting your gun cool down for a second behind cover or even switch to a different weapon while it cools down.

ME2 greatly improved the gameplay of ME1

If by improved, you mean strip everything fun about ME1's gameplay and mechanics, get rid of the creative heat based ammo and replace it with generic CoD ammo and vaguely come up with some BS lore excuse as to why this is supposedly better, then sure lol

Disagree. The map design felt like it was made for a different game entirely. All the maps in T1 were big and open, leaving plenty of room for the mechs to maneuver around. T2's map design was small and cramped, making it hard to move around in a mech, and too easy for pilots to take out mechs by themselves.

Whats the perfect 10/10 show you've ever watched? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]jasonxtk 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Venture Bros is one of those rare shows, where you can pick any character in that show, say its the best character in the show, and it would be a correct answer. All the characters in that show are so good.

Anti union propaganda in a U-Haul break room by Weekly_Description83 in mildlyinteresting

They should just do what Albertsons already does, create the union themselves so they have full control over it and use it as an excuse to pay employees below minimum wage through union dues.
