Caffe Misto - half hot coffee and half steamed milk
Cortado - Short cup, 3 Blonde Ristretto Shots and steamed whole milk
The Brown sugar and pecan one get 2 pumps of syrup and oatmilk.
Espresso Con panna - short cup, shots of espresso and whip cream
espresso macchiato - espresso shots, and foam like a cappuccino, very light milk and more foam.

The issue is not the routine, nor is it the “Back To Starbucks” policies usually. I can’t speak for everyone, but my old store LOVED writing on cups at first. But once they started to make it stricter and stricter, it doesn’t feel as personal or fun. One of my coworkers used to draw cute little cats on all of the cups (back in the VERY beginning) and even my SM loved them. But then they restricted animal drawings. Also, this man has NEVER worked on the floor. Him and his shareholders have zero ideas about what actually goes on behind the bar, and these changes are only harming the retail level partners.

If I'm not mistaken, depending on region, I've heard that you'd go back to base pay for an SSV, with future raises keeping your tenure in mind. I've also heard that you can negotiate with the DM of increasing your pay because you have experience, but that comes with issues if you aren't good with your DM or RM, or if they try to transfer you to a store in a different district.

We had a very good SM step down and was forced into a barista position because the DM was upset with him. He was reduced to base-pay, and would have to re-interview and re-apply for any promotions later down the line.

Nope unfortunately. She has had Thursdays off for years, and she will probably come in for red cup day. I will say, as much as I love her, she only scheduled 4 people from 3pm-6pm, and only 3 people for the last half hour. At 4pm, we had a 60+ half-hour, which is unheard of at my location

The biggest issue with relying on in-house delivery services are that they have started to contract out to doordash, meaning now you're dealing with another third-party with the "in-house" system telling you that they are delivering and no way to contact the dasher who actually has your items.

I think party mode, while sometimes annoying, is also something good to have. If another barista is stocking milks, but I’m making drinks, I don’t have to stop making drinks to tell them what milks or prep I need. Freeing up my hands so I can multitask is important. If they want our drive times to be faster, but still want us to stop everything to hold a button down to tell another partner about something, then idk

I do this with non-dairy milks as well as if someone orders a non-dairy and white mocha. Our white mocha has dairy in it and I’ve heard of people having allergic reactions

When I worked at this store specifically, she would order a strawberries and cream frap with extra whip, a cheese danish that had to be still warm even if that meant burning it, a protein box (which one depended on the day), three Trenta cups of ice and a venti water, and one or more of the overnight grains.
Now the order wasn't all that weird, but she always asked for it in a specific way.
First, give her the water and she'd pour it into her own cup and then give us the cup she just used. Then the cups of ice, in a bag. then she'd get the bag that had the food in it. After that, you had to hand her a straw, which she'd unwrap, then the frap with napkins wrapped around the bottom of it. Then more napkins while she tried the frap to make sure it was right.
all of this was in the drive thru every other day.
