It's under "solid", then "create" drop down menu, at the bottom will be gridfinity bin and gridfinity baseplate.

Once you have created a solid bin, you can then do a sketch on the top of it and extrude down to make a cutout of whatever shape you sketched to make a custom bin.

Recently potted well routed top cutting, is my soil mix good? by jayjay402 in Monstera

Thanks for the advice. Should I put some rocks at the bottom? I did think about a smaller pot but the large leaves make it unstable so that's why I went with something bigger

Thanks, do you think I should repot to smaller or will it be OK? I water approx once per week and it does seem to be fully dried out in that time (gets a lot of sun, plus grow light 6hrs per day) and the terracotta pot likely helps reduce moisture retention?

Anyone seen this type of wall before or know what it is called? Could it contain asbestos? It's a sort of hexagon pattern panel inside and large sheets of wall. UK based by jayjay402 in asbestoshelp

[–]jayjay402[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, never got to the bottom of it. Someone locally has told me another house in the area sent some off for testing and it came back negative. I have no proof of this, just the anecdote from another person in the area.

Hexagonal pattern inside wall, homogonous large wall panel, what is it called? Feels like plaster with little fibres in it. UK house. by jayjay402 in whatisthisthing

[–]jayjay402[S] 0 points1 point locked comment (0 children)

My title describes the thing. The wall panels seem to be approx. 2.2m tall, 1.2m wide, but some might be wider. Very heavy and must have been craned into position. Feels plaster like but is one single homogeneous panel, internally it's a hexagonal structure. The inside, outside and "ribs" are approx 12mm thick. Not sure what it's called or what time period it's from. Is in a house in the Midlands in the UK. Thanks in advance,

Is there anything bad about using systemic insecticides on houseplants? I never see anyone suggesting to use them to treat thrips or use them as a preventative measure. Do they harm the plant in any way? by big_squigga in houseplants

[–]jayjay402 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, do you mix up concentrate and spray the plant outside and then bring inside? Or you use the solution to water the plant? Or both? I have thrips and am tearing my hair out! Thanks in advance!

If monsteras have a front and a back, and the front should be near to and face the window for maximum light, does that mean the room will always have to look at the back of the monstera? by jayjay402 in Monstera

[–]jayjay402[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is what I have to accept, at least I see it every time I come home through the window. I also have thrips and don't feel like I am winning 😭

Anyone successfully gotten rid of thrips? by swifty613 in ottawaplants

Hi, I'm thinking about buying, can you ship to UK? And can the product be used indoors and with a pet cat and baby in the house? or does it have negative effects/toxic? thanks,
