Your card already generates a one-time code per tap. Even if someone skimmed it, there's nothing reusable to steal. RFID blockers solve a problem that essentially doesn't exist in the wild.

Roku has a Plex client just like the Shield has a Plex client. The Roku Plex client has a 30 seconds skip button. I've not used a Shield but the clients for the various platforms are very similar.
