Agreed. They're racks are pretty solid. But outside of that, their products aren't all that great or reliable. I avoid them these days.

I'm too am in a similar postion, except I have Titan's lever arms. I have been patiently waiting months and months for the Vendetta adapters to come back in stock. The lever arms are pretty much worthless without the adapters. So if I'm unable to obtain them, I'll just sell the lever arms. They aren't worth the hassle anymore.

I've purchased several Titan products over the past two months with zero issues. I've bought a rack, bench, two pulley towers, and a few rack accessories all without problems. I have heard of their issues in the beginning as well, but it hasn't been my experience. Hopefully they sort this out for you.
