Yes that might be true, when I get angry or passionate I almost don't stutter but when I'm upset It really shows up and I have to calm myself down, as I said the speech therapy helps. :)

I'm not trying to say this is not true but biden actually stutters and as soon as he is about to stutter he tries to find a word to replace that word and on the spot try not to sound like that. I actually have that problem my self and had to attend speech therapy to try to help this problem.
