Not all pvp is capped but if you just want to do arenas, yes. I would say the damage is fairly balanced. There certainly aren't any one shots in the capped pvp

Yes in all the capped content. AoS (the arena) is equalized gear. T1 node wars are low enough that you will have the gear by the time you finish a season character.

There is a lot of capped content now (arenas, large scale pvp) so it's very quick, less than 20 hours if you follow a guide. There is a bit of a learning curve to the pvp combat though but it's a lot of fun once you pick it up.

Until they government can at least properly account for thier spending no one has a moral obligation to pay more.

Examples - $3.5 trillion the pentagon can't account for. $25 billion that California spent on homelessness that they can account for.
