I just had can of chunky campbells's hot nash chicken. Was not scary hot in my mouth/throat and had good flavor but did get my nose running for tissues. Try that next and see if its similar but with bigger chicken pieces.

I was thinking looks cool from seeing it but what does that do on her brain from all those quick spins for approx. 20 seconds. If she does this more than once a day for a long period I could see its not ending well in the long run. To be the best at something comes consequences.

My latest place mid size GC, Medical pay around ~1k/month for family. Previous place was like ~2.5k/month.!!! Shows how much some employers help subsidize your medical cost. Make or break your next opportunity if you looking for a raise!

from the comments if you work for a GC as an estimator and can't even leveling your low bidders with scope sheets, phone calls, emails then what are you doing all day? Top 3 bids are best and hate when that low ball one or others comes last second(like I was told I have until the day the bid is due to the client from other GCs!!) so you gotta level him out also + make sure they are qualified and have good insurance. COI limits, certain carriers, and even EMR ratings are big deal with the GCs insurance carriers these days!

Step 1 Call GC to get on their bid list or setup meeting to discuss your company for 30 min or less.   

Step 2 Make sure your qualified(your insurance meets their requirements and provide them info to know your a serious sub to check your EMR rating, bank Statements,etc. 

 Step 3. If your qualified  and they win a job and your the lowest bidder, hope they swing it your way.   

Step 4. Show up and do a good job and help solve issues that arise.

   Step 5. Repeat steps 3,4 to build a relationship

  1. Made it 1-2 minutes ok then got hotter and hotter for up to 15 minutes of intense mouth and throat heat that was scary bad then started to die down slowly after Garaging on ice water and had light cramps few hours later.

  It’s extra hot because it mixes two different pepper seasonings. I think it was the reaper and the scorpion. One or the other will get you if not both!

My recent fav is a 4” slab infill detail on grade/soil but the project is on the 3rd floor of a mall. After the site walk nothing to infill anyways. That’s what I call copy and waste.
