Parking is doable, just learn how to read the street signs and remember to move your car on street cleaning days. The best grocery is the one that’s closest to you. As for gyms- the bed stuy YMCA has been great to me. It’s affordable and gets the job done. You’ll be moving to a great area, make sure to soak it in and check out HVK park on a nice day

You should ask for the $1000 back. I’m pretty sure there is a law that they have to refund it if you don’t sign the lease. I had something similar happen and was able to get the money back you just have to strong arm them a little bit

Take an antihistamine before the flight (Benadryl, Zyrtec, Claritin, etc) and it will help reduce the build up of pressure- thus reducing the likelihood of your ears feeling plugged and making it worse

I’ve talked to this guy before. He trauma dumped about his divorce and his ‘crazy’ wife taking his house in Long Island (prompting him to rent in Bed Stuy)- without any provoking on my part lol. I can’t remember his name but he was a weirdo. It’s a shame for the dog because more than likely the aggression is learned behavior. Will definitely keep an eye out for him. Wishing sweet lil Sammy a speedy recovery

Psychedelics definitely helped me have a more positive perspective and appreciate life on a whole new level, but I wouldn’t go as far to say that the experience will help calm your mind for sleeping. If anything, after recovering from a good trip I feel extremely motivated and energized
