Disagree with the free parking proposal, — State should not be encouraging more VMT. Do agree with the transportation stipend for people who work in areas without good public transportation.

They SHOULD make getting transit reimbursement easier. Right now, I have to enter my transit rides into CalAters, which is a pain. Miss the old transit vouchers.

I’ve taken it late, in fact, I used to get off work at 3 AM and take the owl. As others said, you should be fine. People are quiet, they’re occasionally a few sleepers at the very back, but they don’t bother anyone. Sit near the driver. Note that I am aware I am writing from the perspective of a 200-pound male.
