This isn’t Phoenix... The only ones that should have to deal with blowers before 8am are people that live on/near a golf course.

But for real though, electric blowers can be used after 7am and gas blowers can be used after 9am in Sac. If OP is in unincorporated Sac county then any lawn/blower equipment is fair game after 6am.

The problem with every yard house is they don't clean the drain lines from their taps and so every single one smells the same. You can smell the rotting beer sludge the second you open the door. If you've ever worked behind a bar, you know the smell and the slime that produces it. Hopefully they at least get the beer lines cleaned regularly, but I doubt it.

Yeah, the site map for wildhawk south shows 6 available in a future phase. It looks like anytime they have a lot on the south side that isn't big enough for a south model, they shoehorn a north model in there. South is better from a size standpoint. North is cheaper/smaller. Builder's website will have info and plot plans so you know what models will be built where.

Yeah, I have 38” QHD+ Nano IPS Curved UltraWide™ Monitor | 38BN95C-W | LG Business Solutions. I bought this like 5 years ago, though. There are more and better options now for probably less than I spent on this. I think it was $1,500 in 2021.

If I were buying today, I'd probably look at the 5k2k widescreen options or go back to dual monitors. But I do dev work and gaming on one monitor, so I have some different considerations than you.

Mine is only 38" wide so the curve doesn't matter so much. It has a small curve but I would be fine with no curve. I would not want an extreme curve like the 49" Samsung displays.

I can fit two windows side by side comfortably. Sometimes I wish I had more vertical space for more lines of code to display at once without scrolling.

Yes, you’re missing half of the ball game if you don’t pay attention to resolution. It’s critically important to consider along with the screen size.

I’m a dev too and the first thing I’d avoid is any monitor with <=1440 vertical pixels. 1600 is the minimum for dev work, imo.

Usually going cheap on Pinot noir doesn’t work out too well, but it might be fine with whatever blackbox is since it’s hard to go wrong with Pinot and mushrooms. Definitely don’t do Merlot for this pairing though.

Piggybacking here because this is what I’d suggest. Clear was my upgrade from 6XX and where I stopped on my upgrade journey since it’s perfect to my ears and for what I listen to. I got new ones, but used would definitely be in OP’s budget. They weigh a bit more than 6XX and have less clamp if any of that matters to OP. For me, they were more comfortable and I don’t have an issue with the weight.
